Several postdoc positions in Mathematical Physics are available within the ANR-DFG project "Effective Approximation and Dynamics of Many-Body Quantum Systems". See http://effective-quantum.org/ for more details. This is a joint project by Zied Ammari (Rennes), Volker Bach (Braunschweig), Sébastien Breteaux (Lorraine), Jérémy Faupin (Lorraine), and Sören Petrat (Bremen). We offer three postdoc positions for up to 2 years each:
- In Bremen about "Accuracy of Effective Equations for Fermions" supervised by Sören Petrat, see https://sebastien-breteaux.perso.math.cnrs.fr/effective-quantum/jobs/Postdoc_Position_Bremen_Fermions.pdf
- In Lorraine/Metz about "Effective Dynamical and Propagation Properties" supervised by Sébastien Breteaux and Jérémy Faupin, see https://sebastien-breteaux.perso.math.cnrs.fr/effective-quantum/jobs/Postdoctoral-Fellowship-University-Lorraine.pdf
- In Rennes about "Effective Equations at Positive Temperature", supervised by Zied Ammari, see https://sebastien-breteaux.perso.math.cnrs.fr/effective-quantum/jobs/Postdoctoral-Fellowship-University-Rennes.pdf
Please see the attached pdfs for application instructions. Applicants can send their inquiry directly to the person who they are most interested in working with, or to <contact@effective-quantum.org>. Applications are evaluated on a rolling basis and early application is encouraged.
