All disputes or matters relating to your use of the website and contracts concluded with Daniel Lütgehetmann und Sebastian Meinert GbR shall be governed, interpreted and determined in accordance with the laws of Germany without regard to its choice of law principles and shall be decided exclusively by the courts of Berlin (Germany), as far as legally permissible.

1 All listings posted on MathHire.org shall be by professionals only, e.g. universities, research institutions, companies, businesses, professional persons, authorities or other public legal entities. We do not accept orders by private customers and thereby restrict ourselves to business-to-business transactions (B2B).

2 In order to conclude contracts in e-commerce, we are required to supply the following information under Sect. 312i of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Art. 246c of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB):

Technical steps leading to the conclusion of a contract
Our offer to post listings on MathHire.org represents only an invitation to the customer to place such an order. An order placed by a customer represents an offer to conclude a contract of sale. After the customer has placed an order by clicking the "Purchase" button in the last step of the ordering process, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation of the order via e-mail and this gives rise to a contract of sale.
How the customer can identify and correct input errors before making the contractual declaration
Before confirming a listing and sending an order to us, the customer will be able to review all details of the order, including a preview of the listing. If needed, the customer may correct the details by clicking the designated "Edit" button or by applying changes directly within the ordering step. The order will only be sent to us after the customer confirmed it by clicking the explicit "Purchase" button in the last step of the ordering process.
Languages available for concluding the contract
Contracts of sale may only be concluded in English.
Relevant codes of conduct to which we have committed ourselves
We have not committed ourselves to any relevant codes of conduct.
