Project assistant without doctorate (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaboration in the project “Strengthening teaching through mathematics didactics”
  • Accompanying research as part of the project
  • Organizational support for the project management
  • Event management / assistance in the planning and organization of events as part of the project
  • Support in acquiring third-party funding
  • Participation in the conception of new university teaching methods and events
  • Participation in institute administration and university self-administration

Your Profile

  • Completed teacher training in mathematics
  • Excellent subject-specific mathematical knowledge
  • Further NAWI subject as a second subject (chemistry, physics, biology)
  • Experience in higher/ undergraduate education and with Moodle
  • School experience (desirable)
  • Experience with developmental research approaches, especially in the context of higher education didactics
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Good IT skills, including experience in text typesetting with LaTex
  • Independent and autonomous way of working
  • Ability to organize and work in a team
  • Reliability, social and communication skills
  • High personal motivation for scientific excellence
