Applications for a postdoctoral fellowship are invited to conduct
research at the Department of Applied Mathematics of the Institute of
Mathematics and Statistics at the University of São Paulo (São Paulo, Brazil).
The research activities are related to the thematic project "Geometric Theory
of PDEs and complex multidimensional analysis" which aims at the general
properties of the solutions (existence, regularity, single continuation, etc.)
of complex vector field systems and their connection with the theory
holomorphic functions of several variables. The scholarship period is of two
years, renewable for two more years by mutual consent. The post-doctoral
research will focus on the study of the differential complexes associated to
locally integrable structure.

the PhD degree. 3) Cover letter / motivation 4) Research proposal 5) Names and
e-mail addresses of two references. The implementation of the scholarship is
subject to the approval of the candidate selected by FAPESP. If approved by
FAPESP, the selected candidate will receive a scholarship in the amount of R $
7,373.10 monthly and technical reserve in the amount of 15% of the annual
